The ESIP AQ Work Group is currently meeting every other week. These calls alternate with the GEO Architecture Implementation Pilot AQ Working Group's telecons; you can find their telecons here.

  • Follow-up from ESIP Summer meeting AQ sessions.
    • Add your notes or comments from the meeting
    • Feedback to EPA on Cyberinfrastructure Draft
    • Participation in NASA Air Quality Team Meeting (October?)
    • Update to GEO Air Quality Near Term Opportunities
    • Tackling pieces of the NOx Use Case?
    • Defining implementation conventions for interoperability standards for air quality
    • Ways for us to help connect EPA and NASA efforts (in other words, can we define next steps that simultaneously address EPA and NASA interests?)
  • Any final revisions to GEOSS AIP-2 Air Quality & Health Engineering Report?
  • Need to profile AQ related projects, programs and efforts (laying out the AQ community landscape)
    • Following the initial effort for the EPA Data Summit
    • Will help us define next steps (aka 'low hanging fruit') in advancing the AQ community infrastructure
  • AQ uFIND update
    • Interaction with Semantic Web Cluster on marking up WMS Capabilities documents to support enhanced search
