An Exceptional Event (EE) is an exceedance that would not have occurred but for the presence of a natural/nonrecurring event.

This is a community wiki workspace to support the analyses of Exceptional Events flagging and documentation. Contributions are welcome of observations, models, tools, methods, analyses and discussions- Start Here
