Portal is a navigational page linking to various types of content belonging to the given Committee / topical area. Portal contains predefined blocks to describe the Portal scope and to navigate through the standard content of various types: news, events, resources, google documents. We created the help page containing the essential information about the way of creating new Portals as well as a number of hints.
