MD ScopeDescription

The MD_ScopeCode provides a standard general description of the scope, the MD_ScopeDescription provides more specific detail about the scope. If the MD_ScopeCode is "attribute", the MD_ScopeDescription provides a list of specific attribute names or identifiers. If the MD_ScopeCode is fieldSession, the MD_ScopeDescription provides a description of a specific fieldSession.
