New Improved Schedule

This is not final. Some remaining concerns:

Does it give OAQPS enough time for feedback etc.?
I'd like an explicit slot for the Non-AQ folks (Josh Lieberman, Raj Singh).
We will stay flexible about adding a few more folks to Wednesday presentations

We'll be contacting proposed presenters.
