- James G. - take a look at the lightweight process used by GDAL
- Review - to be done via the Discussion pages attached to DCPs
- Voting - Also done via Discussion pages, with thread named "Voting"; people can leave their signatures with Yea or Nay
- Brian+Ruth - template should also ask for an XML schema validation, where appropriate
- Each proposal will have a Facilitator to shepherd the proposal along.
- Chris: rotate Facilitator amongst the editors

- Need voting mechanism
- Would also like a bulletiin board/forum mechanism, to segregate threads
- In short term, leverage Media Wiki so content does not scatter everywhere (James G.)
- Possibilities: Wiggio, Drupal
