Governance Process -- Clynnes 15:05, 8 February 2011 (MST)

• James G. - take a look at the lightweight process used by GDAL
• Review - to be done via the Discussion pages attached to DCPs
• Voting - Also done via Discussion pages, with thread named "Voting"; people can leave their signatures with Yea or Nay
• Brian+Ruth - template should also ask for an XML schema validation, where appropriate
• Each proposal will have a Facilitator to shepherd the proposal along.
  • Chris: rotate Facilitator amongst the editors

Collaborative Technology Suggestions -- Clynnes 15:07, 8 February 2011 (MST)

• Need voting mechanism
• Would also like a bulletiin board/forum mechanism, to segregate threads
• In short term, leverage Media Wiki so content does not scatter everywhere (James G.)
• Possibilities: Wiggio, Drupal
