Webification of Science Data (w10n-sci)

Issues are discussed here regarding how to webifiy science data. Formats include NetCDf, HDF (and its EOS extensions) and GRIB.

It would be an extension to the Webification API, and is tentatively abbreviated as w10n-sci.
