Virtual workshops -
- give an outline ahead of time of what will be covered,
- give links to background on the presenter
- Screenshare/video provide live video and share the video afterwards
Virtual meeting clients that allow both webcam and screenshare
- Webex Meeting Center (training center) - benefit is that it can be run in/out of firewalls, on any computer platform and has multiple modes of sharing:
- share screen
- you control some one else's screen or they control your screen
- up to 6 videos
- Personal meeting rooms
- can annotate the screen
- chat/notes/video
