I am a Research Data Services Specialist in the library of the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR). I received my Ph.D. from the UCLA Department of Information Studies in June of 2011. My work within the NCAR library is focused on developing capacity for research data services, including developing a policy and implementation plan for data citations across NCAR. My research interests also include metadata practices and standards, cyberinfrastructure development, and social aspects of research data.
