I'm currently a PhD student at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. My background is pretty varied - I've done R&D for a global plastics company, programming and database administration for a US media company, I've taught high school science, and I've searched for asteroids and introduced the public to the moons of Saturn.

At the moment, I've traded in my crown as a High School teacher for the mantle of a graduate student. I'm working on a PhD in Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences, with a focus on the carbon cycling of the North Atlantic.

I'm attached to the Education Working Group as a Student Fellow, and I'll be documenting their teleconferences.

If you want to discuss climate change, education, or a mix of the two, let me know.
