Deborah is a scientist at Remote Sensing Systems, a small company that produces microwave data products using radiometer and scatterometer satellite data. She currently manages the DISCOVER project, a NASA MEaSUREs funded project. DISCOVER is a member of the ESIP Federation. Remote Sensing Systems is located in Santa Rosa, CA.
