ESIP Type Reps are elected as a representative to the ESIP Assembly for their particular organization type. As part of this representation, Type Reps are members of the Executive Committee and expected to attend. Type reps serve as two way communication between ESIP leadership (committees, clusters, work groups) and ESIP assembly.
Potential activities:
- Type reps could also act as a conduit to share member work to broader ESIP community.
- Type reps could be a sounding board to represent constituency for decisions that may affect the assembly.
- During years where ESIP Strategic Plans are under development, Type Reps are involved in the development/steering team
