*Reps from cross agency orgs, e.g. USGCRP, FGDC, OGC, NITRD chairs, Chris Greer (NIST, OSTP)
*RDA 

Ask these cross agency people for contacts in other domains, e.g., bio, health science.  Paul has contacts in National Lib of Medicine and other NIH people.
