Add feature to import from Turtle (Fox? or Hua?)
Add feature to upload (and validate) a user-supplied ontology (Lynnes)
Add feature to extend an ontology in the testbed (Lynnes)
Add feature to work on an ontology without affecting the community version of that ontology, i.e., (Lynnes)

Add feature to construct a Virtual Machine with the testbed encapsulated
