Cisco/Duke show the push-to-talk microphones that allow questions in the room to be heard.

things to think about -
- Need to try different room set-up so that face-to-face participants are closer to mics
- Test web cam in different lighting conditions
- encourage to mute while not talking
- upload files instead of desk/screen share.
