The President of the ESIP Federation presides over the elected Assembly and also serves as Chair of the Executive Committee and Chairman of the Board of the Foundation for Earth Science.  The President works closely with the staff director to publicly represent the ESIP Federation with sponsors and other outside organizations.  The President must be a Voting Representative to the Assembly and must be from a different ESIP Type than the Vice President.

Description of ESIP Federation President's Role

The President of the ESIP Federation presides over the elected Assembly and also serves as Chair of the Executive Committee and Chairman of the Board of the Foundation for Earth Science.
