NSF Air Quality Observatory Proposal

This is a website devoted to the preparation for a proposal for an Air Quality Observatory (AQO) prototype, NSF solicitation: Cyberinfrastructure for Environmental Observatories. The content is split into two main topics: (1) NSF Solicitation; (2) AQ Observatory Proposal. Each topic has a page of contents and an associated discussion page.

This is an experiment in open collaborative proposal writing. Though this wiki, any content can be freely added, edited or commented. Participants are ecouraged to use the wiki for their contributions but moderator will be happy to help any way he can, including message transfer from email to the wiki.
