Summary

  • see discussion on compiling summary and creating plan
  • Presentation to Open Geospatial Consortium EONRE Workgroup

Workshop

A workshop to bring together satellite product scientists, IT folks, and application end users to:

  • work on creating end-to-end connections from data/algorithm creator, to data provider, to mediator, and end user.
  • clarify appropriate application and interpretation of the NO2 products
  • define key assumptions, restrictions, etc.
  • identify the gaps between what is being provided and what is needed
  • determine what can be done on each step (by scientists, IT, and end users) to build better applications.

Objectives are to address immediate term activities (November interoperability demos) and mid-term activities (coordination among scientists, IT and users in application of satellite/surface data for AQ research and management).
