a. In the spirit of Glocalization each partner should maintain its own unique "flavor" while building a common international posture for the collective.

How does this initiative help us to strengthen our three core institutional foci:

i. We are developing with this idea a global collaborator
1. With it we will share and co-develop knowledge

i. We are basically developing a joint online university
1. We will have courses, perhaps whole programs (degree and otherwise)

i. We can bring our students together for joint community work
ii. The knowledge repository we are developing will serve the global community
