The Helpr project was a recipient of a 2008 FUNding Friday mini-grant award. Bruce Caron was the project lead.
Helpr is a Facebook application that allows ESIP Federation Network members add a list of technical skills to their profiles. This list is visible only to ESIP Federation Network members. Helpr is built using Adobe Flex, implemented through the Facebook API, PhP, and an RDMS, hosted on the Amazon web services. Join the ESIP Federation network on Facebook and add your skills to Helpr at http://apps.facebook.com/helpr_api/.
