Federation Expert Skills Database and Exchange Service

The Federation Products and Services Committee is developing a database of expertise residing within its membership. One potential application is a "service exchange" where a member earns "ESIP Credits" for providing services (e.g., web site design) - then spends the Credits to obtain some other needed service (e.g., project marketing). Come to this session to discuss ideas on the expert database itself (issues of keywords and registration) and an expert exchange service.
