What Do We Do?
- Make the ESC cluster aware of programs that might aid / inform ESC development
- Strategize how the ESC Cluster works with external programs
- Agencies (e.g., NSF, NASA, NOAA, EPA, USGS, DOE, etc.
- Foundations (e.g., Moore Foundation)
- Consortia (e.g., OGC)
- Articulate programmatic benefits of ESC
How Do We Do It?
- Track and promulgate useful solicitations
- Network with agency program managers
- Develop "upreach" strategy
- Reformulate benefits in program-relevant terms (e.g., ROI, reduced risk, etc.)
