What metadata fields should be maintained?
The story
Chris' example at ORNL DAAC: They needed to identify metadata fields to maintain. The users wanted all the metadata, but that was not sustainable.
The issue
Data providers want to provide metadata for users, but don't know what metadata fields they should maintain.
