Data Discovery (UMM-Common)

The Unified Metadata Model Common Profile (UMM-Common) is a NASA recommendation for describing Metadata in NASA's Common Metadata Repository (CMR). This profile includes the concepts that NASA considers common to all 6 UMM Profile recommendations. The recommendation includes two levels; Required, and Optional. The tables below show the concepts included in each level, and the concept mapping for NASA metadata dialects (ISO 19115, ISO 19115-1, ECHO, DIF-10 and DIF).
