This page is a working area to create a mission statement for our efforts for the upcoming year. Please chime in.
A possible mission statement: "define a set of options for what a decadal survey scope would be" ... would this be a correct rephrasing of that idea: "define a set of possible options regarding the scope for a decadal survey"?
As other reports seem to define scope via a list of statements of task, perhaps "define a set of possible statements of task regarding the scope for a decadal survey".
