Cloud computing provides an elastics computing platform that enables us to tackle computing problems there were previously limited by our local computing/storage resources. In this session we will solicit between 3-5 30 min technical presentations focusing on design and implementations of cloud-enabled applications/services that utilize distributed computing technologies like MapReduce, Job Coordination, NoSQL, search, etc. Current projects identified include: FGDC/GeoCloud, PO.DAAC/DMAS, and JPL/LMMP.
