Call Recording Best Practices

A start to how/when we record calls.

Options:

  1. Record Everything Automatically
  2. Record subset
  3. Provide instructions to group leaders on how to start recording a meeting they are hosting (just click one button, but they have to remember to do it)

Questions:

  1. How do we notify people they are being recorded
  2. Create a landing page for attendees (with notification - Recoding in Progress) which is the first thing they see when they successfully join a meeting
  3. When do we delete?
