I became involved with the ESIP Education Committee at the Summer Meeting of 2009 in Santa Barbara, CA, when I attended as a participant in the Teacher Workshop. It has been an honor to be involved with an amazing team of ESIP affiliated educators ever since. Over the past nine years, I have served on the ESIP Education Committee in a variety of capacities, primarily helping to design and facilitate resources and workshops for educators around the U.S. For the past two years, I have served as the vice-chair of the Education Committee under Chair, Shelley Olds.

Moving forward, I would like to serve as the ESIP Education Committee Chair in 2019, helping to develop additional resources for educators that allow them to use ESIP member data their classrooms or other learning environments.

Thank you for considering my candidacy.
