Comments on proposed agenda for meeting on 2017-10-18 focused on Climate resilience - Food security - Pacific Northwest - Lummi Nation and Tulalip Tribes, on the following:
- Policy - National level instruments: Executive Orders 13653 (rescinded March 2017) and 13175
- Policy - Tribal level instrument: Lummi Indian Business Council Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation Plan: 2016-2026
- Decisions - Degrees of "data-driven" in decision making
- Decisions - Incorporating social, economic, environmental needs
