Top-level Requirements
- ESC shall facilitate/manage the discovery, access, and sharing of data with knowledge about data (explicit context and provenance).
- ESC shall facilitate/manage the discovery, access, and sharing of tools and services that support scientific experiments.
- ESC shall facilitate/manage the discovery, access, and sharing of research process (scientific workflow management).
- ESC shall facilitate/manage the discovery, access, and sharing of research results (data/knowledge/interpretation produced).
- ESC shall facilitate/manage the mediation between the data, services, and the workflow that coordinates them.
