Observation: cataloged papers using wiki form

the project required the collection and analysis of papers. Each paper was tagged with year, organization, type, parameters
One issue with this method was that the wiki wasn't always updated with the new tags that were added in the spreadsheet
Allowed a unique list to be curated by both Janja/Erin, is open for others to add additional papers as the project evolves
