Resources pages will be created as Subpages of a Portal page unless the topic is specified. If so, a Resources page will be created as a subpage of the topic page, which, in its turn, is a subpage of the Portal page.
We can say that we normally store the subject resources as a ./Resources subpage to the subject page.
