Architecture Working Group Products

The Architecture Working Group has been charged with the task of developing the recommended hardware, software, and standards architecture components for the Earth Information Exchange. This activity consists of the following efforts:

Definition of Use Cases that describe the varous tasks to be performed within the EIE.
Definition of the system Components that are required to perform the tasks defined by the Use Cases
Characterizing the interactions between components required to meet the requirements of a Use Case
Validation of the implementation

This process will result in a set of recommendations regarding the technical requirements for accomplishing the tasks defined by the Use Cases.
