OGC
OGC Web Validator (github) : suite of OGC validators.
FGDC Service Status Checker : mainly a geospatial web service monitoring service but it includes basic validation in the reports.
OPeNDAP, HDF, netCDF*
PO.DAAC CF/ACDD compliance check for data granules : Not publicly available at this time. Presented by ESIP Summer 2015 (probable session) and described AGU 2014.
