There are many missing items in this matrix. Editing the matrix in the Wiki editor is difficult. How can we add the items. Tim

The connectivity matrix has been moved to ZoHo Sheets - an online application for sharing spreadsheets. It's not the easiest to use either but is better than editing wiki tables and has some advantages over GoogleSheets. Instructions are included on the connectivity wiki page. -Stefan
