Statement

In its 15th year, it may be time to reexamine the governing documents for the Federation in order to make them current with the activity centers of the Federation and to make them forward-looking to support any changes that the Assembly might request. The constitution is older than Wikipedia, and the processes for amending this and the bylaws are from the past century. If elected, I would want to work with the committee, the ExCom, and the Assembly to rework these documents as living documents that are as nimble as the Federation needs them to be. Bruce Caron
