Ms. Duesterhaus has over 20 years of experience in organizational effectiveness consulting, program management and system design and development. She is experienced in face-to-face and online meeting facilitation and training. She is particularly interested in online collaborative communities. Her Master’s degree is in Social and Organizational Learning – enabling organizations to be more effective by helping people and teams continuously learn, improve performance and embrace change.
