10. Many regulatory decisions are made largely based upon model results, how do agencies engage stakeholders directly in these efforts to provide full transparency?
The must be a place where the models, their inputs, parameterizations, fundamental assumptions, etc. are well described.
Include uncertainties with results.
- Involve community in vetting models (!)
