ESIP Open Source Cluster

Chair: Chris A. Mattmann

The ESIP Open Source Cluster is an effort to study the effects of open source software, its licenses, process, governance, architectural and implementation level implications, community models, IP and legal strategies and other relevant dimensions within the context of organizations and individuals participating within ESIP. We will explore processes, help to offer guidance and advice to those interested in open source software and serve as an outreach and dissemination point on Open Source to the community.
