Establishing a Common Ontology for Earth System Science

Description

It is desirable to establish a common ontology covering science and informatics concepts. This product supports semantic interoperability of data and services. It will be based upon the SWEET ontology and maintained by the Federation Semantic Web Cluster.

Goals

This ontology ultimately will be submitted as a standard to the NASA Standards and Processes Group.
