Controlled vocabulary
Overview
A controlled vocabulary (CV) is being developed to improve discoverability within the IMCR. Colin is leading this effort and can be reached at colin.smith@wisc.edu if you have comments or questions.
Action items
- Get software terms form Kepler ontology (Kristin is doing this).
- Get software terms from NASA Global Change Master Directory.
- Populate categories and sub-categories for listed fields in the working document (see below).
- Expand CV coverage to all relevant fields of IMCR, which include:
- Domain specific keywords for the software (e.g. community survey, meteorological).
