In response to the M9.0 earthquake in Japan on March 11, 2011, the ARIA team at JPL and Caltech have produced a “version 0.1” set of horizontal coseismic displacements based on our solutions from GEONET GPS sites. We are posting  coseismic vectors as well as a table with offset values on the following anonymous ftp site:
