Tracey is President and Co-Founder of Alexandria-based Element 84, an end-to-end producer of enterprise-scale web, mobile, big data, and high-availability software applications. Tracey is involved in every aspect of meeting E84’s client goals, shaping the employee experience, and drawing on her engineering and business management experience to manage the day-to-day operations of a high-growth company in both the government and commercial space.

Tracey has served on the ESIP board as the Nominations Chair for two years and has enjoyed helping the organization grow its leadership pipeline. Serving as an At-Large Board member would provide her with the opportunity to contribute to the vision of the organization and is a challenge she's looking forward to pursuing.
