NSF DataNet solicitation: Submitting a proposal in the next round

NSF DataNet is a solicitation for novel ideas in long-term data preservation. The Federation members collectively bring a lot of expertise in this area, and we played a major role in a proposal that was not funded in the last round. Let's discuss the reviewer comments from that submission and consider the possibilities for submitting in the next round.
