1. Contact potential evaluators regarding Summer meeting workshop (wait to get confirmation from Carol on dates and location)

2. In a couple weeks, begin drafting our vision for the winter/and or summer Evaluation workshop

a) What is the overall goal of the workshop b) What audience are we trying to reach ? c) What is an appropriate format for the workshop and how many Case Studies can we fit in 1- 1.5 days ? What should those case studies be, one for data managers/providers, another for applied scientists and decision makers ?

3. Explore venues for ESIP outreach to applied science community such as tagging up with future Applied Sciences training events.
