  1. Membership application review
    • Time line: conduct follow-up as necessary last weeks in August; Assembly review in Sept.; vote in Oct.
    • New plan is to reconnect with the two applications in need of additional information (provide them with examples of fully completed applications) reminding them to resubmit. In addition, send an email to all current applicants indicating that the membership review will happen in November with voting in December, and announcement at the Winter Meeting. Applicants can register for Winter Meeting as members, and encourage them to begin participating in ESIP groups now...

Danie to send out that email.

  1. Membership Handbook - Review Draft
    • All were impressed with the new outline format Scott suggested.
    • Danie will begin to populate with known content links were applicable and not any problems. To be done by end of this week.
  1. New Type III member replacement for Lindsay.
    • Lindsay does not need to help find a replacement. Can send a targeted email requesting standing in as interim until Winter Meeting. Waiting for a few suggested candidates from Erin. Danie will send invitation/request to serve as interim committee member.
